[Feature Request] - FX algorithms

As some may know, I am a big fan of Pigments. It has been fantastic from the start and continues to get better and better.

However, I do occasionally stray away from it and the recent purchase of a Behringer Deepmind gave me an idea that the Arturia boffins may like to consider.

The FX on the Deepmind are excellent. What contributes to their flexibility is the ability to arrange the fourFX ‘slots’ configuration using algorithms which also allow for feedback loops. These algorithms can be quite rewarding.

By contrast, the FX in Pigments are basically linear: 1 goes into 2 which goes into 3 in either dual parallel or 1- 6 in series and there is no feedback.

What do others think?

Really? :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye::stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Just tweaked your title so The Arturia Devs will be more likely to see it.

Yeah i get the idea, it can be fun to do the same kind of thing with hardware and a mixer, something i think some of us use to do back in the day rather a lot. Strangely, it’s something i’ve started to return to using A LOT of guitar effect pedals and YES it can be fun, rather noisy and weird too sometimes lol

Big fan of Pigments here as well. It clearly earns its Flagship status. But like most things in the world, there is room for improvements. I can’t think of a better place to start than implementing Funtmaster’s suggestion. :+1:
