[Feature Request] Firmware improvements you were expecting?

What improvements were you expecting from the new firmware or would you like?

I think the new update just make it as it should be since the beginning sadly for a lot of user it was not usable in lot of situation that it should, maybe now arturia can improve it now we can use the sustain pedal^^

I don’t know if Arturia has planned any improvements, I’m rather disappointed by the update… but if we can make suggestions and if the forum community votes, I think we can perhaps expect more from our KeyLab 49/61/88.

Personally, the biggest obstacle in the workflow is the inability to assign MIDI channels per mode, this was the case with previous models, so I think we can hope for better with a new model mk3 that promotes full customization.

I would also enjoy more user mode, still have 4 free pads to select them, even we doest have them on the screen I would like to get them on the pads
its the same than the KLessential for now no more user mode…

any suggestions? any needs?

HI @Ben972 and thanks for the post, Arturia are constantly looking for customer feedback in order to improve existing products and develop new ones.

If you feel you have specific features you wish to see, it’s usually a good idea to create a ‘[Feature Request]’ thread in order to catch the attention of The Arturia Dev Team.

that make sense thank you, kind of you to take the time to explain me, I didn’t know, I never used forum to be true

I never had issues or those kind of disappointments with any controller or brand to be on a forum before… that mean a lot I think^^… or I always had chance with music gear since decades

new mk3 is something completely innovative to me ahah
