[Feature Request] CC for hold button

To whom it may concern.

Is the hold button associated with a CC? If not, that would be a great addition, for example for someone like me who could trigger the hold for the lower part using a footswitch from another controller…
On another note: where can I find the full list of all CCs & NRPNs? Does seem that the manual does not cover all.

Hold/Sustain is CC 64, value 127 for on and 0 for off.

I meant the global hold knob, not the standard sustain cc64. The nice thing with the global hold is that it would apply a standard sustain for the lower part in a split preset, allowing to apply regular sustain play for the upper part.
