A small note on the use of the Keylab MK3 with Cubase (and probably also other DAWs).
When you select a track with Analog Lab, the keyboard automatically switches to Arturia mode which is a good thing.
The problem is that if you then select another track that does not contain an Arturia instrument, the Keylab remains in Arturia mode and you must then manually return to DAW mode which is not practical.
Would it be possible for the Keylab to automatically return to DAW mode if it no longer detects a virtual instrument on a track?
That would be very helpful, unless there is already a way to do this?
EDIT : Sorry I just received my Keylab and I guess I just have to press the ābackā button to comeback to DAW mode.
BUT I have an other problem :
The tracks with Arturia instruments on donāt switch to Arturia mode.
Only the Analog Lab tracks switch.
It would be nice if Arturia mode was automatically active for all Arturia instruments (and not just Analog Lab).
Has this been look at ⦠als cannot change midi channels in cubase with keylab mk3. Embedded channel 1 midi. Cannot have more than one instance of analog lab and control with the keyboard⦠its been years and nothing addressed
No, i do not know if this has been picked up or not, myself and the other āexternal moderatorsā donāt work for Arturia, so there are obviously things that we are and arenāt privy to.
Also, Arturia, like many other companies, rarely, if ever, make pre-announcements regarding this kind of thing.
Support got back to me and I was wrong ⦠i didnt realize you have change each midi channel when selecting by hitting each key label channes 1-16 dumb moment
Hey @Certifiedbeatz
