I just bought KeyLab Essential 61 MK3 and trying to use it now. But i couldnt setup it for reaper or studio one. When I’m in DAW mode, middle encoder, buttons and faders works but metronome and tap tempo doesnt work. When i setup a user preset and if i set the metronome, buttons works but encoder and faders-knobs doesnt works.
I cant make work them together. Why faders, knobs and encoder doesnt work on user preset? Is this keyboard just working correctly with cubase and ableton live?

Have you tried to configure the midi messages being received inside Reaper?
If so, we can investigate further from our end.
I configure them inside DAW now and looks like works everything. Wouldn’t it be better if I don’t need to make such an configuration? I can actually understand why reaper doesnt have official support, but Studio One? I dont get it this. Even other companies has reaper support
