I did this, it didn’t work properly, its not how you’re supposed to do it, they messed up
Remember they are still human at the end of the day. Mistakes happen. What matters is what they do next.
As it would seem they had the issue rectified in under 24 hours and no-one lost any money or data as a result. It’s a story with a happy ending. It’s a win for everyone all round.
I think its worth remembering that.
