Error purchase

Hello, I’m new to the forum, sorry if the topic I’m going to comment on has already been shared, my case is that I have been 4 weeks without an answer from Arturia support (3 incidents created) (I don’t know if it’s usual for Arturia to answer, considering that my problem is spending my money with them and making money) the thing is that when I try to add a purchase to the cart I get the following message in red: "an error occurred while getting your cart. please retry… or try again ". I have sent videos and photos and without an answer I lost the lab update offer for € 149 even … I have deleted the history and others in my web browser and I have used another one and I still have the same problem. Can someone provide me with a solution thanks and sorry for my english.

What system are you on?

Are you able to try on another system or even a smartphone?

Hello and thank you, I have Windows and I can’t access Mac, I have the same problem with my smartphone, the shame is that I just had that problem after buying and registering an Arturia keyboard, I bought it because I was more interested in Arturia products and their compatibility and boom… support takes so long to respond, a month already…
