Error 01

I have NO idea why I keep getting this error. Everything was just fine and one random day this started happening and now I cant use any of my Arturia plugins. I've tried every single thing on the official FAQ, I looked up on the forum for other solutions people might have found and nothing, I just can't solve this and I'm quite desperate because this is actually something I have to take in account now that I'm buying a MIDI controller, and honestly I was thinking about the Keylab MK3, but if I cant use ANY of the plugins that it comes with, at least the Arturia ones, wich of course are the main focus… I’ll have to take it out of my options and think about other brands…

My PC specs, just in case:
CPU: Intel I5 10400F
GPU: Nvidia MSI GTX 1660 Ti (wich I can’t upgrade drivers, idk why)
RAM: HyperX DDR4 16GB 3600mhz
Motherboard: MSI H410M Pro
OS: Windows 10 Pro

Can you confirm this executable file exist at this exact same place ?

If yes, is there something happening when you execute it (double click it) ? What is happening ?

@Tim.Arturia Yes, that exact file exists in that exact place. When executed, it pops up the launcher and after a few seconds the error in the photo I attached happens.

You’ve confused ArturiaSoftwareCenter and ArturiaSoftwareCenterAgent

Ok, that’s quite weird.

You could try to execute the Agent, and then the other one (the GUI application) and tell me if this helps ?
(The twos must run simultaneously, but in theory the GUI app start the agent).

This already gave me some insight of the problem but I’m afraid I won’t be able to do a lot more than that.

Oh my god, it worked. I ran both at the same time and no error appeared. I’m updating my plugins right in this moment. Thank you so much!

Glad to hear that it worked.

Still, there is an issue where the GUI fails to open the agent on your computer.
I have filled a ticket on our bug tracker to try to get it solved but I cannot reproduce it on my machine, so it may be quite hard to track and fix this one. We’ll see.
