Just getting some patches setup for live playing and I have not been as consistent as I should.
I use a fair amount of Piano/Pad layers but I have picked pads first and added a piano afterwards so it is in slot 2. It would make more sense to have all of my “attack” sounds in slot 1 but I can’t track down a simple way to do this…am I missing something?
While you can always copy the details of one oscillator to another, there problem comes when you need to set up the other one. You’d probably have to keep a copy of your preset open in a second instance so you can copy the second oscillator details manually.
I’m thinking it would be far better if we could just swap Oscillator’s 1 & 2 by just dragging their tabs around.
There’s a feature to swap Split zones (Shift +Split → Inverse Split), but it doesn’t swap Part 1 and Part 2 instruments, it swaps their key ranges.
I.e. in a Split preset, if Part 1 is on the low keys and Part 2 on the high keys, after Inverse Split, Part 2 will be on the low keys and Part 1 on the high keys.
