Each track triggers my Reface CP. Is this avoidable?

Hi there.

Keystep’s tracks, 1 to 4, all trigger my synth, (a Reface CP) meaning I can’t currently add it to my set-up (tracks 1 to 3 triggering software).

Is this normal? I’ve tried adjusting the Keystep midi out in the utility menu but the Reface appears to receive from all MIDI channels.

Is the situation as follows;
“some synths can’t help but receive all MIDI channels”?

It seems a bit strange as the reface is quite expensive.

I’m just checking here in case I’m making an error- the reface doesn’t seem to have a way of specifying which channel it receives, so I would have expected it to receive just one channel rather than all!

Turns out it was a case of RTSM (for Supplementary)
