Dust covers for PB12

Does anyone know where I can get a dust cover for my PB12. I currently use a piece of clothing material draped over it, it does the job but very loose fitting. I can’t sew so would like something already made. I’ve seen some from Anne’s Tweeds but are there any others. I’m in the UK.

Here are some options. I have never used them myself, so I don’t know anything specific about them.

Then there’s Stardust Synth Covers. I don’t think they have on for the PB12 yet, but they take requests.

I would recommend the Digital Deck Covers but since you are in the UK, hopefully you can find something similar in your part of the world. A “cool” feature of the Digital Deck Covers item for the PB12 is that they include a flap so that you can keep the vent area unimpeded when necessary.

If the dimensions are the same as the regular polybrute, you could look at a Decksaver I have a couple here, not cheap, but they’re great for the studio, and you never have to dust what doesn’t get dusty! :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:
I would SERIOUSLY avoid ANY kind of woven fabric though, in this case natural fibres are the worst as they can and DO drop lint into the keys, pots, faders etc.

HTH!

The PB12 is a good bit both deeper and taller than the OG PB, so it needs a tailor made cover.

Ah, that’s a shame, it might be worth contacting them anyway though as they’re pretty reactive and always adding new models to their lines.

Thanks guys, I’ll look into these.

I buy these:
DUST COVER for Arturia PolyBrute 12 - Synth Stand + Dust Cover for MIDI, Studio & DJ Gear – St3nD

This fits perfectly and the price is right.
I’ve been using it for months now and it stays in place.
Highly recommended!

Me, too!

Best regards,

I saw a picture of a PB12 with the PB6 Decksaver. A comment said that it fits just fine.

I was unsure about that because of the extra knob in the lower right corner of the panel (the Morph knob moved there, the Glide took its original place and the Aftertouch button and LEDs took the Glide’s original place), and also because of the wood side pieces extending further back than on the PB6. For the latter I initially thought that you’d have to make some small cut outs for those, but maybe that’s not the case.

So, looks like it fits:

They’re not cheap, BUT they’re HIGHLY effective and, personally, i think they look pretty cool too.
I have them for my Subsequent 37 and Midi controller, and they’re so much easier to give a quick wipe over than having to get the brushes and canned air out constantly.
