Drumbrute Impact: No snare sounds in Mix Out

My Drumbrute Impact will no longer play snare sounds in the Mix Output, even without the individual outputs disconnected. It only plays them through the individual snare output jacks.

Unplugging the individual outputs doesn’t change anything. Factory reset did not fix the issue either.

All other sounds work fine.

Anyone else experience this?

I have same issue with the kick. No kick on main output. It only comes thru direct “kick” out.

Do all drumbrutes have this problem or just two we got?? It’s definitely DEFECTIVE. It’s not the cable. It’s the unit.

I tested mine’s output alternatively: (one at a time) no problem.
I then tested all four outputs simultaneously with a mixer and also found no problem.
