Downloads running almost to completion and then failing

I’m trying to update various products in the ASC, and each is running through the full download but then instead of completing it reports ‘Download error’ and Retry, so I can’t download any updates (without getting each manually from the website, outside of the ASC). I’m running a MacBook Pro M1 on MacOS 15.0 Sequioa. I’m in touch with support, who are providing lots of detailed technical help, but so far without resolving the issue. Wondering if others are experiencing the same and found any resolution?

If you’re already in touch with support i would guess they’ve already asked things like ‘have you got anti-virus/malware/browser extensions’ etc that might be causing this?

Have Arturia confirmed the ASC is compatible with Sequioa yet? The instruments etc are not as far as I know.
