It’s look like it’s not the same kind of firmware file that we can download,
before it was .KL3 files now it’s a file with jason and some zip,
it won’t open as source to upgrade or downgrade the firmware in the mcc, do I miss something?

It’s a KL3 file as far as i can tell from this download:

So it’s coming from me if you got a .kl3 on the product page ressources
i have other ones in .KL3 like normal but I missed the 1.2.0 and impossible to get the kl3

I don’t have a Keylab MK3. But if i download the FW file i get a single file named “KeyLab3_FW__1_5_0.kl3”.
Have you tried again? if yes, then i can only suggest you contact Arturia support through your account.

ok it’s coming from safari, I try with chrome and got a .KL3
