I got some power issue with my computer, so I bought an indépendant power adapter.
My question is: is there a way to disable power by USB?

I’m not sure i understand your question. If you are powering your KL by other means, on what device are you wanting to disable USB power and why?
When I turn on the computer, the keyboard turns on automatically, via usb. But I don’t want that, my pc power supply doesn’t send enough and cause some issues. Hence the addition of a classic 9v power supply.
In keyboard options, can we choose the way to power it? Usb or 9v?

According to the manual, this is not possible i’m afraid.
You have a couple of options possibly, if your machine is a desktop machine, you could maybe install another USB card that provides more power, or you could use Midi cables to connect your KL to your computer, if your interface has ‘Din Midi’ sockets of course.

For this purpose I use PortaPow USB Power Blocker. USB data pass through and USB power is blocked. I use this e.g. with my KeyStepPro.
