Controlling Pigments with Keylab 61 Mk2

I am changing Pigments parameters with my KeyLab 61 Mk2. It works well, but when I first move a fader or knob e.g. VCA attack, it jumps quickly before moving smoothly. That’s a problem when I’m recording say a Berlin-style arpeggio because the sudden movement messes up the sound. Is there a way of setting either Pigments or the Keylab so that the parameter moves smoothly from the start?

If you go into settings in the Midi Control Center, what are the settings on your USER Fader Mode and your DAW Fader Mode? If they are JUMP, you might set them to PICKUP and see if that helps your situation.
