CMI V skipping sounds after the latest update

CMI V 1.13.0.4395 (latest version available)
Apple M1 Ventura 13.6.6
Ableton 11.3.25b5

CMI V is skipping notes randomly. The exact same MIDI note in Ableton’s piano roll is sometimes triggered and sometimes not (and no, I am not using Live’s new randomization features).

Any ideas how to remedy this, except print the audio and fix manually or use another sampler?

Is it only when you send midi notes from Live? Not when you play it using a controller or when using another DAW?
Is it happening with all sounds - or which excact preset?
