Hello,
after spending more than one evening with registrations, downloads and installations, I still can’t get my freshly bought Minilab 3 to life.
As already described by other users here and here, the Minilab does only show the Word “ARTURIA” on the small display, and no other signs of life. It’s just a white plastic brick.
I followed the installation/setup guideline,
I tried different USB slots (no USB hub), with different cables, with different computers,
I reset to factory settings,
I rebooted the device (shift+hold+power on),
I updated to the latest firmware (1.2.0).
The Minilab is being found by the Midi Control Center, and by Analog Lab V.
Alas, as the Minilab is dead apart from the display, pads and notes are not being played.
I have submitted a Request to the Technical Support, but no answer yet.
So, if anyone can help, I’d be more than grateful.
