Can't get preset banks to download

Hi, I just performed a clean install of Pigments after a hard drive crash, then tried to install my preset banks. Most installed ok, but Pop Transcendence, Synthetic Voices, Future Bass, and Fast Attack got stuck partway through downloading. I finally closed and reopened Pigments and tried to start the downloads again, and while the icons turned blue, they stayed at 0%. Then I tried deleting db.db3 and restarting to no avail. Finally I uninstalled everything, deleted what I could find in File Explorer, and started over. Now, not only are those four banks still botched, I can’t get Trap Explorations, Amapiano Essentials, Fluorescent Futurepop, Hypnotic Leads, Bass Majoris, Rhythm Driven, Modern House, Wavetable Choirs, Overblack, or Percussive Drive now either. These are mostly all paid sound banks I would like to have access to. How can I get them to download? I’ve contacted customer support but haven’t heard back yet.

Edit: I’m on Windows 11, and just using the standalone version of Pigments 6.0.1.5484.

Hi there! So sorry you’re having troubles, I can certainly help out getting you the banks again.

  1. What is your internet download speed? And are you clicking on ALL the banks to download at once? That can definitely lead to a slow down or even standstill. It’s best to click download, one bank at a time.

  2. Once you’re sure your internet is fast enough and you have tried that method ^ and it still doesn’t work, let me know and I’ll find a manual solution for you.

Also, it could help to try and re-download these banks through Analog Lab, instead of Pigments. If you don’t have Analog Lab installed, it’s free to install the Play version, and you have access to all the soundbanks Store in it :slight_smile:

Thanks for the tips. My download speed is overkill at 600Mbps. It doesn’t matter how many I click, the ones that have glitched simply don’t download. I have 41 preset banks total, I was able to download 37 of them at first, but since I uninstalled and reinstalled, I’m down to only 27 that work. I have tried Analog Lab as well, same problem.

try re-intalling via package installers on the Arturia website then, in your account? you can login and see all the banks you purchased and download them from there normally, for the remaining ones that didn’t work.
