Can't enter password [just wait longer]

With the latest update of the ASC… I’m unable to even enter my password. The box stays grey and won’t accept keyboard input at all.

Seems like there’s an overcrowd on Arturia servers related to the recent Pigments 6 release

I think so too. Took some time to get to typ my pw in, but it’s loading endlessly. Better luck tomorrow or in a couple of days…;).

Yep… Waited a bit and it seems to be working fine now.

Whats the alternative way to download software without using ASC? Arturia has always been terrible with bandwidth and having stuff like this happen.

You can manually search for and download products. ASC is currently not working properly.

I also often feel that Arturia’s network is a bit unstable. But isn’t it a good thing that it’s better than what we experienced at EW? :stuck_out_tongue:

Well in the story this allows to change it.
Is due to the change of pagination on the store part, is the site changing?

Hi, there was the new webstore inaugurated this week yes - it was a big change! And not only that but the Pigments 6 launch yesterday means that our servers are quite saturated. Give it another 24 hours and it should be working smoothly again :slight_smile:

I can’t even get the application to open on my PC even after a reinstall.

There does seem to be an ASC server issue currently, i’m hearing from quite a few others too.
All we can really do is be patient until either demand for The Pigments update eases off or The Techs, if there’s a different issue, can fix it.

In the same boat here at the moment.

Me too - app takes forever to launch and eventually login. Problem since yesterday over 24 hours. I did a clean install of the app (uninstall and remove all remnants/re-install). Didn’t help.
