Can't activate bundled software, and nowhere to get help

KeyLab Essential 61 MK3 came bundled with Melodics, but when I tried to activate the license in Melodics, it says:

Sorry, it looks like this promo code has expired or you have already redeemed it.

Places where I have tried to seek help:

  1. Melodics support page: Doesn’t have any topic on this issue, and there is no contact information to reach them.
  2. Arturia Ask for Help page: Has a help form dedicated to registration & activation, but it only support Arturia’s software, not bundled software.
  3. Arturia Contact page: Any support request sent through the contact form will be ignored.

Who and where can I seek help and get this issue resolved?

Yes, I have. I’ve downloaded Melodics, registered an account on their website, went to Melodics’ Settings > PROMO CODES and tried redeem the code I found on Arturia > My Products page.

I did log into my Arturia account, and checked out all the forms on Arturia’s support page, but none could help with the situation.

Have you tried “Registration & Activation”?
Just fill in something in a form that give you access to support.

Melodic is’nt Arturia. Arturia can only help if they have an explantion to why you get the above messages, i assume.

Haven’t tried, will update if anything happens.

I’ve gotten a reply and have my issue resolved.
