Can someone give a Step by step for creating a User Soundbank with embedded samples?

I am wondering if anyone could list a step by step process to create a user Soundbank with user samples that can be saved, shared and opens with the user samples embedded into the various presets?
The manual does not spell this out, and youtube also not.

Hi @Psy. Welcome to the community.

AFAIK - without being 100% certain:

When you Export a preset or a bank of presets, then samples should be exported too. When you import, then all should be imported.
However - Keep in mind, that you must/ can not distribute samples you don’t have the right to distribute.

If you for example create a sample of your own and use it in a preset, then the export/ import should work. Is that not the case?
If you for example use samples from Arturias soundpacks, then it will probably only work, if the samples are owned by the receiver and validated on the receivers computer too.

Feel free to ask Arturia support too to be certain.

I have created many Pigments patches and given them away. I believe @LBH is correct from the experiences I have had with others importing my patches. If the sample is part of a paid for collection it is likely copyrighted in some way that, if used in creating new patches and shared, the recipient must also have the collection for the sample to work.

I understand the reasoning but it does stifle creativity somewhat. I now try to stick to using Arturia supplied samples.
