[Bug] Touch sensitivity compatibly with Ableton

Just wanted to report, there seems to be a compatibility issue with Ableton (12.1.5) on OSX (15.2).

The touch sensitive encoders and faders don’t seem to display values consistently for Analog Lab (and some other plugins) but works perfectly in Logic.

Hi @papx and welcome to The Sound Explorers Forum!

Thanks for letting us know, this sounds like it could be a potential bug, i’ve relisted your post as a Bug Report, so Arturia Support might contact you at some point in regard to this.

HTH!

Ps,
Please make sure to subscribe to The Arturia Newsletter to be the first to know about the latest from Arturia.

Just wanted to add that I’m seeing the same thing in Ableton. The touch sensitivity works fine in the standalone version of the instruments, but not in Ableton. For me the exception to this is Pigments which seems to be the only Arturia VST where touch sensitivity works as expected in Ableton. I hope this can be fixed.

Can confirm same.

I see the same thing happening. Works perfectly in Logic Pro (11.1.2), but with Ableton Live (12.1.5) the control name displays random names as the encoders are turned. I use macOS 15.2.

Confirmed still no touch display until turning an encoder or moving a fader in Ableton 12.2 (Mac OS 15.5).

Just bought the Keylab MK3, updated to the latest firmware and have the same issue. On my hardware the touch sensitivity works exactly once for every encoder/fader and then it stops. Seems to be going since January? Please work on such issues…

Still broken with the new firmware 1.2.1. Is anyone looking into this? I filed a support case ages ago and it was acknowledged as a bug.

Is anybody even on here I can’t even figure out how to make a post. There’s no button to start a new post or anything what the hell? It’s about as effective as your tech support so far.

Dont you see “Make new post” top right of forum?

But yes, frustrating waiting for ABE script fixes. No info and no ETA
