Bricked Minilab Mk3?

I recently bought my Minilab Mk3 brand new. When I plugged it in for the first time, everything worked out fine (boot-up process and all). However, after I disconnected it and replugged it again, the boot-up process does not happen. Instead, there’s a huge white ARTURIA logo after a minute or so and it just stays there.

I’ve tried factory reset, didn’t work. Recovery mode, nope. Updating the firmware did not help either. Is there any solution to this or should I just return my unit?

Somehow, it shows up on the Device Manager and MIDI Control Center but the pads do not light up and the keys do not work.
