It is accessible in Analog Lab V and in Minifreak V from Analog Lab V but this is what I get from Minifreak V standalone version 5.1.1.6945 (presets greyed out):
Windows 11 on i7.
Reinstall and clear prefs did not help.

In short the presets will be greyed out in MiniFreak V unless you have an active MiniFreak 49 license.
I personally think the presets should be allowed to work in MiniFreak V like in Analog Lab or it should be possible to not show the presets.

Only with the hardware then.
MiniFreak 49 presets can be edited and saved in Analog Lab V.
But they appear greyed out in Minifreak V.
