Augmented Voices and Strings release times going AWOL

I have found that from time to time, the release times of Augmented Voices and Strings patches go AWOL - even factory ones.

The only way to fix it is to do a reinstall of the affected products. I do this via ASC.

I always have the latest ASC and Augmented synths (in fact I keep all Arturia synths updated). My PC is Windows 10 22H2 with extended security patches enabled.

The only thing I can think of that triggered the issue is that I installed a new Aurura product (Ocean Reverb). That is only circumstantial, however.

Note: Note all Augmented series synths have “Natural/Synthetic” setting to the right of the release parameter. Augmented Voices and Strings does not.

Reinstalling these synths is getting a bit old.

Any one else having this issue.

Note: I have dropped a note to Arturia support.

I can unfortunately confirm. Can anyone else?

I have had the release working after a reinstall. But i had to reinstall again as it stopped working after that.
It also seem to me there is something strange going on with the Release selector.

There is also issues on Windows 11.

Have you also tried to download a standalone installer and use that to reinstall? I have just tried for Augmented STRINGS, but i can’t tell if it make a difference yet.

I am pretty sure I tried the stand-alone installer - still eventually got the release issue.

At least we have a way to fix it until Arturia come up with a more permanent fix.
