Augmented MALLETS Play won't download

Shows under “My Products”, but clicking on the "Instal"l button then shows “Downloading”, that then goes to “Retry”. Any of my other products can be installed and downloaded without any problem.

There might be a lot of traffic. It has just been released, so i assume many will download at the same time.

The standalone installers do not seem to be available at the moment.

I can only suggest you try again later. If it continues feel free to contact Arturia support.

Traffic was busy. I had a similar problem in that, once activated, there was no install button showing. As an experiment, I reinstalled ASC and voila! Not sure if one fixed the other but just FYI if others encounter the problem.

Yes this seems to be the case for at least some of The Augmented series and ALV.

Hi,
For my part, I can no longer even access my registered products through ASC. It remains stuck on the login page. And for Augmented Mallets, it’s been an hour that it has been alternately asking me to activate my license, then it asks me for my login, and then it asks me again to activate my license, etc. And if I go to my profile on the Acturia website, the product is registered and activated…
