Audiofuse Control Center Issue w/presets

I’m noticing some odd behavior with my 16rig that seems tied to changing presets in audio fuse control center.

As soon as I shift presets, the input levels for the XLR inputs no longer change. I can adjust the level both on the unit and in the software, but it doesn’t affect the mic gain at all.

Also, once I’ve done this, I can no longer power down my 16rig manually, I have to unplug it.

If I don’t change presets in AFCC, this doesn’t happen.

Is this a known bug?

Hi,

I have had the exact same issue with my Audiofuse 16rig i.e. Multiple functionalities stop working after a preset switch. I’m also unable to turn the device off via its power button. The only way to resolve the issue is to unplug it completely from power source.

At one point, the issue randomly disappeared after I recreated/reconfigured my presets from scratch. I have reached support out but we were unable to reproduce the issue.

Now, I’m experiencing the issue again. I’m getting desperate
