Audiofuse 16rig - speakers no longer playing signal

Did you ever reslove this? Have exact same issue. I’m now returning my unit and likely getting another in the hope its just a hardware fault.

It would be very useful if you could contact our support team, explaining the details and providing a video, showing the 16Rig front panel and the AFCC I/O tab

Are you used to use the A/B monitoring function of the 16Rig?

Thanks Niks, sure I have been chatting to support for a couple of weeks now. Seems like a fault with the device as the issue’s intermittent. I’m currently in the process of returning it.

I’m just following up on this thread…
It’s been over a year since my first issues - I had return to firmware 1.1.9.

IT STILL ROCKS!!!

It’s the way the device was presented to me when I bought it, studied it, etc…
For my use case, I can play live, bring it to rehearsals with other musicians (i suppose record them… never realized until said out loud)

PERFECT!! (touch wood)

I’m sure that there have been wonderful updates and all, but it’s waaaay too mission critical - it’s gotta work AT ALL TIMES

Firmware 1.1.9 does that for me
I REALLY, REALLY appreciated that at that time I was able to load a firmware that wasn’t current. Please never change that ability.
