i noticed a very strange problem with my AF16 Rig…
i have the input 1-2 and 3-4 linked so that they appear as stereo channels in the mixer view… But if for instance I unlink 1-2 , 3-4 in the input view (and in this view I see them as separate channels ), they are still appearing as stereo linked channels in the mixer view ( of course in the cue view too ).
Had anyone experienced this? Am I missing something?

it’s normal!
The stereo link in the inputs/outputs screen is independent from the stereo link in the mixer screen.
The stereo link in the inputs/outputs screen only links the input controls (input level trim, pad, phase invert (and front/rear switch for inputs 1, 2, 3 and 4).
The stereo link of mixer channels is done in the Mixer screen (or the Cue mix screen), by clicking on “+/- Channels”, you can select which inputs you want in the mixer and whether they are mono or stereo pairs.
In the example below, Inputs 1, 2 , 3 and 4 are assigned to Mono mixer channels and all the other inputs are assigned to Stereo mixer channels:
