Arturia Software Center (ASC) - Error 01

The ASC is not working, the status appears as an error and shows error 01, I have already reinstalled and this did not solve the problem, I also tried to consult the article about this error on the Arturia website, but it did not solve it either.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Windows 10 64 bits
Processor - Intel(R) Core™ i5-2400 CPU at 3.10 GHz 3.10 GHz

4 GB RAM

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti

1T SSD

motherboard - INTEL Corporation H61

I am not saying it’s the cause of the error but that is at or below the minimum spec for most Arturia products., especially the CPU speed.

Hello @Prod.capo ,

I have almost the equivalent in machine characteristics, and I have not had (for the moment any problem) with the installer.
On the other hand, my old video card posed a problem with Kontakt 7, is it a connection problem with the antivirus.

Windows 10- version 64
Intel core i5 4590
3.30 Ghz
16 Gb
Intel graphic 4600.

I hope for a good solution for you.

Musical friendship.

HI again @Prod.capo

Have you tried completely uninstalling ASC, restarting your machine and then installing again?
Are you Windows updates fully up to date too?

Also, do you have Anti Virus s/w installed? Can it be temporarily disabled to test the ASC?

No, just windows defender, I’ve tried with it off too but it didn’t work

Yeah, I’ve tried, I’ve updated the system too but it didn’t work

It was working before, do you think it might have had a problem because of an ASC update?

You’re the man, thanks a lot bro, the problem was the video card

Ahhh. The video card. I know that Windows is very reliant on video cards and keeping drivers updated. I’m glad it’s resolved.

just had the same issue. I fixed mine by opening the properties tab on the App, which you can do by right clicking on it.
Look at the “Target” it should say: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Arturia\Arturia Software Center\Arturia Software Center.exe”.

now open the program files(86) and make sure there is a folder that just says “Arturia” if not then make a new folder with that name and then drag “Artura sofware center” in it to create a direct pathway to it.

Hopefully this helps!
