Hello, Mac is prompting us to install OS 27. I’d like to know if Arturia products (both hardware and software) are compatible with this new version. Has anyone tried it? Thanks for your reply.
Im pretty sure Arturia have not given it the green light and historically, they wait for the actual release to test themselves. That process could take some time.
On the other hand, I use a mac and have upgraded the OS several times upon release without problems (except for Pigments needing to be reinstalled once). However, I do a complete Time Machine backup beforehand to enable me to roll back if there is an issue.
Be aware that compatibility issues may affect other plugins you use and even a DAW if you use one.

As @Funtmaster suggests, it’s often good practice to wait until a company gives the green light or, if you’re feeling daring and have backed your system up first, just in case… then there’s nothing to stop you trying yourself.

Tell your Mac to fluff off by disabling upgrade prompts. You don’t need MacOS27 today more than you needed it yesterday, and you won’t need it tomorrow either. If I was you I’d totally avoid installing anything prior to version 27.4. Early versions of Apple’s yearly OS updates invariably suck balls, which is mostly why there are ‘dot’ updates. You just end up being an unpaid UAT volunteer.

Arturia have not said their products will work on MacOS 27. Are you stating this after trying it?
It’s perfectly acceptable at this stage. Arturia don’t live and breathe just to re-patch their existing software every September to coincide with Apple’s stupid needless annual OS update cycle, just for a minority of their customers. Nor should they be expected to.
ok, so every user who just bought a new mac can’t use Arturia software?
They haven’t yet stated that their apps are compatible with MacOS27. That’s as much as I know. Because I have been smart enough to download it yet.
