Arpeggiator Midi Out

I’m in Cubase 14.

I have chords playing on one track using Piano V2.

I have Pigments on another track w/ the volume down.

I’d like to use Pigments to arpeggiate the chords.

I’m able to get Pigments to arpeggiate the Piano V2 if played via my midi keyboard, however I can’t get Pigments to arpeggiate the existing chords on the Piano V2 track.

I’m I wrong in thinking that you can arpeggiate existing midi chords on a separate track.

The manual doesn’t really go into specifics on this so I thought I’d ask.

Thanks

Hi @NFECTA. Welcome back.

If i understand you correct, then simply put the recorded chords on the pigments track instead. Then let the output play the Piano.
The recorded track will be playing instead of you like you say work.

EDIT: Just in case. You can record the Pigments arp notes on the Piano track this way. EDIT END
