There seems to be a bug with OP-Xa’s arpeggiator, presumably after a recent update. I have a patch that uses the arpeggiator which used to work just fine, but now the first note following an initial keypress seems to be getting cut short (really just a small pop that sounds) compared to the notes that follow it. I’ve been able to easily reproduce this issue on Windows 10 and MacOS 14.6.1, on the standalone version as well as VST2 and VST3 hosted in Reason Studio 13 and Gig Performer 5. Anyone else experiencing this?
Hello, yes I can reproduce the problem on my side.
Made an arp with the default preset, up direction, and the first time the arp runs the first note is not played.
Hi all.
Welcome to the community @ScottieByNature.
I can confirm this bug too.
I suggest you contact Arturia support to get a confirmation.
I just noticed the same bug when I opened an older project from January only to notice that it sounds completely broken now. I also sent a message to Arturia support, let’s see what they say.
I have the same bug in pigments. When sequence or arpeggiator get the first note on command the first note is chopped and only played as a short impulse. As long as the note on command is held, the sequence/arpeggiator plays normally on repeat.
Hi everyone. I’ve tried to contact the Arturia support via mail and also a few times on Twitter (X) a few weeks ago and haven’t heard back since. Does anyone know about any updates on this bug?
