Arp problems

Hi all,

have a Keylab 61 Mk3. connected to my DAW Ableton 11 Live. Works fine. The only thing not working ist the Arp Sync of the KeyLab61 Arp.

After switching to USB Sync in the Arp menu on the Keylab the current tempo from DAW is synced. But there is no "sound "anymore, no midi data output from KeyLab to my DAW. Back to Internal Sync there there is coming MIDI data again.

Any tip?

How do you know the tempo is synced, if you can’t hear anything?

I don’t use the gear you have.

You can check possible settings for Master/ Slave mode.
If Ableton Live is the Master then perhaps the DAW shall run.

i have similar issues. I hear a sound, but the sync (usb) doesn’t sync the tempo to ableton live or logic 11. already wrote a support-ticket. I guess it’s a but somehow.
