ARP patterns resets when holding chords and changing a note

Hi,

The ARP patterns are behaving unpredictably. When holding down a chord and changing one note/move one finger to another key the pattern often just resets or one of the notes is repeated twice instead of just changing the one note in the pattern. This should never happen in a simple up/down ARP pattern.

Theres is no difference in the behavior whether the sync mode is external/internal/USB/midi etc.

My Keystep Pro and Sub37 ARP patterns do not behave in this unpredictable way.

This bug exists in both the firmware released
Arturia, please fix!

Is this normal behavior of arpeggiator on Keystep 37?

Strange, I’ve not experienced that on the unit I have here.

I think it might be an idea for you to contact our support team that will help you to fix this situation.

I’ve been in contact with support and I submitted a video recording of the issue. Issue is easily reproduced/confirmed by supporter and developers.

Hope it is an easy fix and we’ll see a new firmware soon :slight_smile:
