ARP never continuous. Hiccups

Hi Community.
When I use the ARP on my Keylab mk3, if holding a note for a while or using the Hold, the Arpeggio will drop a note or two then resume its ARP. Like stuttering. Never a continuous Arpeggiation. Checked every setting and can’t rectify this problem. Anyone have similar experience or any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, David

That sound strange, if the note input does’nt change.

Are your controller firmware the newest?
Have you tried a controller Factory reset?

If so, then i suggest you contact Arturia support through your account.

Lazily didn’t do a Factory Reset, but just did and problem solved.
