ARP missing NKS previews

I have the latest V collection and all have previews in Komplete control except the following 6 instruments

Arp 2600

Fafisa

Matrix 12

Modular

Solina

Vox

About 2 weeks ago I reformatted and re=installed everything on my Mac due to an unrelated problem, it just seems weird that I don’t have these previews, the main one I want is the Arp

Anyone else experienced it and know a way around please?

Hi @HobGoblyn. Welcome back.

I have never had NKS previews for those applications.

I think it’s because they are created before Arturia began to create previews, and perhaps even before Komplete Kontrol had this functionality.

Great you have found a solution that work for you.

As i understand it, then it look like there exist some kind of preview library.
If Arturia have anything to do with this, then i would think it’s strange they are missing in their own installers. So my guess is, the previews in that iso file are created by someone else.
Where have the added previews been installed on you computer? On the path Arturia would?

I don’t know anything about this. I think it’s a personal choice, if one will try to install this.

on my Mac they are in /users/shared/NBPL/Samples

I’m on windows.

That’s afaik not the folder Arturia would use on a MAC.
That i believe should be on the path: Macintosh HD/Library/Arturia/[Plugin Name]/Third Party/Native Instruments/Presets/.previews
