April! april and didn't fix it

I HAVE TO PATH IT MANUALLY

WE ARE IN JULY TO AUGUST. I CAN’T CHANGE FROM 44.1KHZ TO ANYTHING IN WINDOWS

C:\ProgramData\Arturia\MiniFuse Control Center\resources\gui_asio_preferences.xml

AND THIS ROUTE DOESN’T EXIST

Hi @javierabadie. Welcome to the community.

If you have done a standard default install, then it should be at that location.
Have you changed install path?
The path lead to your Arturia ressource folder.

Please keep in mind, that that the ProgramData folder on Windows is a hidden folder. You have to enable Windows to show hidden folders and files to find it.

Minifuse 1 latest firmware is version 1.5.0. Have you updated your firmware?

BTW: Please do not use only Large letter, when there is no need for it. It’s like you shout.

I’m screaming! Because I’m tired of all the problems and the terrible support you have, where it takes you months to fix a minor issue and I have to patch things manually myself. You don’t even keep your word to fix what you broke in the first place. Minifuse Control Center installs in Program Files (x86), not in Program Files, and inside the Control Center installation folder there’s no folder called “resources,” there are only the following files:
(not even the uploader of images work on this page)

I can show 3 people with the same problem as me. WIndows is stuck at 44.1KHz and not show nothing more

I’m in 1.5.0. Actualy the problem start after this update. I report this to Arturia and no one answer my support ticket. 48 hs says and now it’s 72

Shall i understand you have been in contact with Arturia support through your account?

FYI: I’m an external moderator. I’m a user. I’m not an Arturia employee.
Please read the community Code of Conduct and FAQ/Guidelines

This image don’t show anything from the ProgramData folder. It show the Program Files (x86) folder.
If you can’t find the ProgramData folder, then in the following Microsoft support page unde “Show Hidden Files” you can find this guide:
Open File Explorer from the taskbar. Select View > Show, then select Hidden items to view hidden files and folders.

What’s wrong with this? You show Windows options for output.
I’m not sure i understand you. I’m no expert.
What i see is you have a version 1.3.2.0 driver. I seem to have version 1.3.1.0.
Have you tried to download and do a reinstall the MiniFuse 1 Firmware version 1.5.0.212 and be sure to install the driver too:

To reply to your post here in another thread:

The files in the ProgramData folder is not the same as them you have in the Program Files (x86) folder. You shall have both folders.
But as said, then the programData folder is hidden.
This video can hopefully point you in the direction how to view the ProgramData folder:

I don’t know why you only have the option 44100 Hz in Windows.
Do you have the option 48000 Hz?

If you have’nt tried what i’ve suggested, then i suggest you do.

If it does’nt help, then i suggest you contact Arturia support through your account.

There is no folder named “resources”, not even a hidden one, in Program Data. Inside the Arturia folder, there’s only another folder called “MinifuseAudioDriver”, and inside that, a file named “tllegacysetupaddon” and then an “x64” folder containing several files, but none with the name of the one you’re asking to download. Inside “x86” there’s the “Minifuse Control Center” folder and its files, but there are no configuration files or anything similar—just the .exe, uninstaller, and updater.

This is exactly what I’m trying to report, and I’ve seen several posts on different sites from people who can’t change their sample rate. No, I do not have the option for 48KHz. All these issues started with the latest version of the software and the latest firmware, where you or whoever removed the way to change the sample rate. Somehow it still worked on my old PC, probably because it had some file that allowed me to change it, but now that I have a new one and everything is a fresh install, things just don’t work.

Also this forum work bad I have to refresh the page to send a reply

I contacted Arturia support, but all the responses are generic and don’t help solve anything—like “reinstall the driver,” which I’ve already done a thousand times. Don’t you think this is your problem and that you should release an update after more than 3 months of breaking something that used to work? I mean, blaming the customer for something you did wrong isn’t exactly good publicity when things simply don’t work.

Here is another person with the same problem

I’m not blaming you anything.

The folder named “Arturia” in the ProgramData folder is your ressource folder. I did’nt ask you to find a folder named Ressource.

Samplerates are set in the program you use. You can read about this in the Minifuse Control Center version 1.5.0 manual, that can be downloaded in English version here:

I’m sorry about the troubles you have.
I’m afraid i can’t do more than i have tried to do.

I see you also have got a reply in the other topic you have posted in.

Try this:

Hopefully that’ll get it working - it did for me and others.

Edit: I’m seeing none of the directory structure anomalies you’re reporting - with those, I’m puzzled as to how the MiniFuse softeare is even starting.

Bit of a tangent there, but I’ve never seen or heard of that. It may be worth trying to clear out the browser cache of anything arturia.com.
