So I went to create an account so I can download the latest firmware for my newly purchased Microfreak. But I’ve never recieved the email that’s required to activate my Arturia account. I’ve been looking around for solutions and ways to reach support tech but no luck.
Anyone else has this issue?
I am experiencing the exact same issue. I just bought a Minifuse 1 and would like to set it up however I have not received a confirmation email to register my account which therefore does not allow me to complete any more steps.
Exact same issue, tried it with a couple of email addresses and received no email to either.
Checked spam folders in both, not there.
Tried resetting the password, your email is blocked.
Tried using the contact form, no acknowledgement or response.
Had planned to download the firmware and get stuck into something enjoyable but several hours later, nothing, and silence from Arturia. It’s kind of souring the experience somewhat.
We rlly living the same experience rn huh
Let’s hope someone that works for Arturia will see our cry of help here it seems like that’s happened before where they PM u and ask for details to help unlock our accounts

Different issue here, trying to update my Credit Card and support has been unresponsive. Is it a holiday in France??

I just tried to setup my new Minilab 3. Created an account. I have the same issue. I’ve emailed support about it. Hope it gets resolved soon. It is very annoying, I was excited to start using the keyboard.

I’ve just heard, via another source that there are currently server issues at Arturia, they will be sorted out, please just be patient…
It has been resolved for me. I received the email. However, after I tried to get the codes for activating the software packages that come with it, it simply says “You do not have an activation code for {software package}”. I guess I will be creating a new thread for this issue.
