Analog lab want to confirm account but no email sent

Lots of times when use Analog Lab it confirm account but no email sent. Even when try request to resend email nothing happens. Any other have experience on this? Its quite annoying, it show up when use the plugin also. Any other have this issue?

Hi @Belief. Welcome to the community?

Do you have Arturia Software Center (ASC) installed? If so, when you are looged into that, then are your product activated through ASC? Does it show as activated? If not then activate it. If yes then try to deactivate the product and activate it again.

Hello @Belief , maybe see with the antivirus that would block the entry and exit of links with the Arturia server.
I always start and each time I turn on my PC by launching the installer as for Native, often it is an interference or a bug when launching the computer or closing.
Otherwise see with the assistance.

So you can log into ASC? If so, then you should not need to confirm anything.

Can you please describe what’s going on?

Is it like this:

  1. You open the application
  2. A box show
  3. You start write in the box

If so, then have you tried to wait a few seconds when the box show and not start writing?

Its on a fresh install and a fresh win11 install so i think no antivirus.

At times when open Analog Lab ( also the plugin) It pop up this form. I can log into all Arturia and all reg etc. As I see it its trigged by some error. Its not even send email when i try request to verify. I have reported to support a week ago or so and i got a reply today so they might look into it now.

I am also getting this popup with many Arturia synths and Analog Lap Pro. since the latest round of Arturia updates.

ASC says everything is correctly activated and installed.

I have not worried about it as the popup appears briefly, then disappears and then I can use the synth as normal. This issue has never prevented normal synth use.

Maybe there is a service that is set to manual and has to wait to start.

Please do not suggest a full reinstall of all Arturia products. That is not happening.

I am content to waiting for a future Arturia update to resolve this. As other users have now reported this, that update might happen quicker than I anticipated.

I don’t know Windows 11 (my pc is not suitable to receive) but is it due after an update.
Or is it the protection of windows 11 that is the problem since your dialog box is blocked.
I had an update that ruined my windows.
Since you have been able to install and validate all the elements, I have the impression that you are the only one in this case.
As in Xfiles, the truth must be elsewhere.

Yes its easy to get some issues with Windows. Im testing out some different setups now to get it as good i can. Thanks for your input and for the good wishes.

I have Windows 10 and the same thing happens to me with the latest Analog V update (Intro) v5.10.4.5049 (x64). After the first time, if I restart the program, sometimes it doesn’t appear.The window appears for a few seconds and there is no time to enter the email

it’s true that I didn’t really notice this window when starting Analog Lab, but it’s just the link for the Arturia server.

It was so commonplace for me that it even escaped me, Analog works with the appearance of this window wonderfully well.

Some days ago i tried to use offline verification and after that i had no issues. Let hope it will last.

I have this same issue after the update. This is the window that pops up on my machine when using the plugin:

I looked through my emails and never received any confirmation email. When I click on the “resend email” I don’t receive any email. If I click on “I’ll do it later”, the window closes and I have no more issues until I reopen the project or use another instance of AL V. It doesn’t occur with any of my other Arturia software. I’m running Windows 10 and have the ASC installed and all of my instruments are activated.

Offline activation solved the issue for me I think. Do you have ablocker activated? try disable it and test again also, it may be part of the problem.
