Hi all!
I have just received a new Mini Fuse 4 (yay!) and it comes with a few bits of software, including Analog Lab Intro. I already have Analog Lab Play registered to my account and when I try to install Intro, it also tries to install Play. I think it then gets confused as both entries say ‘waiting for other download to complete.’
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hi @Cuffs43. Welcome to the community.
It’s the same application, so that’s why. The difference will be shown depending on your owe products on your Arturia product site. Just be sure you install the latest version of Analog Lab.

Thank you for the quick response! I didn’t think to look at my product page on the website. I’ve removed the Play version so there is only the Intro instance of it on the Software Centre and it seems to be downloading and installing properly now.
