Had not noticed this before, but when I drop the menu top left in Analog Labs Pro ( I have V Collection 8 up to date ) I see the IMPORT, save preset etc are all greyed out. Is that usual?
FIXED it - I went into Arturia Software Center and REINSTALLED it
