Hello, I am a happy holder of the V Collection X license. However, I learned that after installing Analog Lab Pro, I have 49 days left of the free trial. Is it not included in the pack? Thank you for shedding light on this. Best regards

Yes it IS included as part of V-Col X, according to The Product page.
Have you checked in ASC (Arturia Software Centre) to see if it’s fully activated?
If you open ASC, click on ‘my products’, then ‘V Colletction X’, you’ll see a list like the pic below…
If it’s not activated yet, you’ll see a box to the right of the entry for ALV which you should click.
If not, then please log in to your account to contact The Arturia support team and they will be able to sort it out for you.

I have this displayed on the screen. I suppose it is activated?
In doubt, I sent an email to support, hoping to understand what is happening. When I click on ‘Free to Use,’ it takes me to a page to buy the plugin for €99. I was surprised to see this, especially since I understood that it is indeed included in the V Collection X pack.

Hello, yes, it is a 4-month payment plan.
I received an email from support saying that it will disappear once it is fully paid.

Glad to hear you’re all sorted now, myself and the other ‘External Mods’ aren’t actually Arturia employees, so i was unaware of staggered payments.
