Analog lab crashing when loading any preset

I recently picked up Astrolab and this is my first time using Analog Lab.
When using the Analog Lab software, selecting different, official presets causes the software to crash.
I did previously install the additional free sound banks available on the store, but apart from that have no custom presets.
I’ve reinstalled the application via Software Center with the same behavior, and deleted all sound banks apart from factory, reinstalled, and still saw the same behavior.

This occurs whether or not the keyboard is connected to the computer.

I’m running on a Mac Studio desktop computer, and have plenty of CPU and RAM available.

Any guidance one might have would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t know if the reinstall would re-create this file or not, but the first line of defense when having preset problems is deleting your db.db3 file. It will be automatically re-created when you run the software next time, and usually fixes any preset crash issues.

db.db3 location:
Mac: /Library/Arturia/Presets
Windows: C:\ProgramData\Arturia\Presets
