Windows 10 Program changes not working with VST3 but works with VST2.
Is it a known bug ?

In Generel ProgramChange is different and harder in VST3 than VST2. That’s format related. Steinberg have changed this for the format.
Unfortunately Arturias VST3’s programChange have a index issue so it does’nt select the first preset in a preset list. Also i’m not sure how Bank select work.
In generel i suggest you use VST2 to have Bank Select and programChange to work.
I can also suggest you contact Arturia support about the VST3 issues. At least the index issue is to me a bug or at least strange.
on reflection prog change is not the way to go, Arturia sequencers really need some kind of pattern key switch option.
