A different sort of arpeggiator

I have to give praise for the MINILAB 3 as I am hearing different sounding arps. I think it is playing them in the order I play the keys. I looked at the manual and that is what it says it is doing. For some reason it’s sounding really good compared to lots of the other arpeggiators I used in the past. Just wanted to say that.

Most recent example. I have the MIDI wired via 5pin into the Prophet 10. Just keep it that way all the time these days. I also run the AKAI Advance into the Prophet but only when the daw is on.

But even that one with its advanced arp, doesn’t seem to have as much listenability as the MINILAB 3. Another great piece of gear from Arturia. Using the BSP all the time still via its Modular outs to the Behringer ARP 2600 and the Roland System 1m. 2 sequences, all the tempos synced. Always works great. the mix I made after the video from the recordings, a slower tempo. downloadable on soundcloud. Hey @nModular
Great to hear you’re enjoying your MiniLab3 so much!
It’s always a pleasure when we get a piece of gear and just ‘gel’ with it for sure!
