16Rig and Ableton Individual Track Out Routings

So I’m trying to send a single track’s recorded audio out from Ableton (USB 4)to one of the front panel outputs (output 4) but unable to get this to work. If I use the matrix to assign the master outs in ableton (sources 1-2) to output 4 I get signal but I can’t get it to work on single track routings. My settings/routings are below in the screengrabs.

Not sure if it matter but I’m on mac.

Been going a tad nutso trying to figure out why this isn’t working, hoping a kind soul can illuminate something which may highlight my stupidity here

Thanks for using the 16Rig!

The USB 4 should be routed by default to the Line Out 4, so you should se the Analog Out 4 meter moving in this config.

Please try to set a Factory preset from the 16Rig and give it another try:

It’s very strange I can only get the mains out from ableton to the analog outputs on the 16rig. What am I missing here ?

It’s hard to tell from just these screenshots. Can you see any signal on USB 4 in the Main Mix page?

P.S. on a Mac, pressing command-shift-3 will take a screenshot of your whole screen and save it to a file you can upload. This will have a better quality image and makes sure you can see everything on the screen.

No I see no signal in the main mix page either. But Ableton shows signal being sent to the output. Lol sorry for the bad screencaps see below:

I’m stumped! I don’t see any problems with the configuration. Arturia support might be the way to go.

OK posting in case someone else has this issue. Turns out the App Loopback was the issue, I disabled/turned off the internal routing in loopback and it’s working now.

I use loopback for recording audio and video with ableton and videosync.

Long journey but I got there Phew.
