16 rig doesn't work after last update

Hi everyone,

Just did the last update half an hour ago and after the 16 rig doesn’t start any more.
I just can hear a click on the speaker but that’s all…
It’s not detected by the software or anything else.
I am very disappointed by this situation.

Does anyone have an idea?

  1. Contact Arturia support.
  2. Try re-installing the previous firmware version and see if it starts working again.
  3. Provide us more information about your system and maybe one of us will be aware of a reason/solution.

As @Talahamut has suggested, it would be a REALLY good idea if you could list your system spec, O/S etc more specifically please as it will help us to help you sort your issue out.

This happened to me too, I’m sending the unit back but just wanted to chime in. Could never get the unit to turn back on. I hit up Arturia last week and haven’t received a response.

Windows 11 latest.
