I am struggling getting the latest firmware to install. I have tried multiple times. Every time my ASCC app crashes, my 16 rig shuts down and is slow to startup again. I have also tried from a file downloaded from Arturia’s support site. I’m running Mac osx 14.6.1. Arturia firmware version is v.1.3.5.0. Anybody else having this issue? I have rebooted everything multiple times. No luck.

Just did the update using AudioFuse Control Center 2.2.2.1113 (on Windows).
Succcessfully updated the AF16Rig from 1.3.3 to 1.3.5 the first time.
AF16Rig connected directly to the computer, no USB hub.

Could you try to first reinstall the AFCC, then try again a firmware update?

Thanks Niks - that worked. I successfully updated the firmware after uninstalling AFCC and re-installing it.

There is a firmware/software update today, the info says it now supports that scenario but I cannot confirm yet and other than the changelog there is no documentation update yet.

Hello, following up for any future readers- My specific issue was due to sending MPE data from a Push3 into hardware synths that couldn’t process such info. so nothing to do with the 16 rig.
